Helloooo summer! It has been scorching hot here in the Bellevue/Seattle area the past few days. There will be no complaints here though! I had family in town again this past week/weekend and we had a great time exploring the area! I think one of the highlights of this weekend was renting kayaks and kayaking to Gas Works Park and then grabbing some yummy tacos at Agua Verde. If you ever go, you have to try the strawberry limonada too! It's amazing!

Anyway, this week's blog is dedicated to the June Pet of the Month, Curious George!

Curious George, or George for short, is one of the friendliest and snuggliest kitties I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He always greeted me at the door and loved spending time snuggling and purring on my lap. In fact, most of my visits consisted of George sitting on my lap while I tried to give his sister, Alexandria, some attention! George was a cute attention stealer though!

I had a blast playing the string game with him and loved watching him chase Alexandria all throughout the house! They certainly kept me entertained during my visits!

Anyway, congratulations Curious George for being The Waggly Tail's Pet of the Month! Thanks for being so awesome!
